Educational purpose

Judd provides educational materials, community access, and advisory support. We do not promise or guarantee income, sales, audience growth, or business outcomes. Results vary based on your market, offer, effort, and other factors.

Memberships

Starter and Circle are monthly subscriptions that renew until canceled. Starter includes the playbook and member library; Circle also includes the private forum. You may cancel at any time and retain access through the paid billing period. Partial-month refunds are not normally provided except where required by law. A first payment made in error may be reviewed if requested within 7 days.

Digital materials

Member materials are licensed to one subscriber for personal business use while access is active. You may keep worksheets you completed, but may not redistribute, resell, scrape, or publish Judd content.

VIP services

VIP work begins only after a written scope, price, timing, and cancellation terms are agreed. An application is not an acceptance or guarantee of availability.

Conduct and intellectual property

You must not use Judd services for fraud, deceptive earnings claims, harassment, infringement, or unlawful activity. We may remove access for material violations. Judd content and branding remain our intellectual property.
